Hi! I’m Amanda, aka MeowMeix,


I can still remember the feeling of lost hope I had in my early years when it came to health and fitness. I was clueless when it came to properly caring for my body. I found myself obsessed with my weight and appearance, and was leaning on extremely unhealthy practices that put me into a downward spiral mentally and physically.


Once I found my way toward healthy, sustainable nutrition and workout practices, I found my purpose. I train women so they don’t make the same mistakes I did. I love to hear how much of an impact nutrition and fitness makes on their mood, health, and lifestyle!

Hi I'm Christopher,


You wouldn’t believe me if I told you how I was in my 20s. As a manager of a band, I lived your typical party lifestyle. As fun as that lifestyle could be, I began to feel the toll it was taking on my body. It was not until my late 20s that I realized that lifestyle was not only unhealthy, but counterproductive to my goals as well. So I started making small changes towards a better lifestyle.

 

I began my health journey figuring out all the things I should avoid, but it quickly turned into researching my way to optimizing my health. In grad school, I rediscovered my passion for digging through science and always questioning the status quo. You can ask my wife, Amanda, how I ended up down a perpetual rabbit hole of research  just so I can make sure I’m sharing the absolute best health and fitness information with you.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
