Master Your Health, LLC  (“Master Your Health”) is totally committed to maintaining the privacy of its customers and the users of the Application and its website at master-your-health.com (collectively the “App”).  Master Your Health may need to collect certain information from You (“You”) in order to provide the best service to You.  At times, Master Your Health may share personal information with third-party affiliates in order to provide its services to You. Master Your Health is committed to maintaining the privacy of your information in accordance with the law.  Master Your Health is providing this Privacy Policy, to inform You of the information Master Your Health collects, how Master Your Health may use that information, and the choices You have regarding Master Your Health’s use of said information.

TERMS OF USE

This Privacy Policy, as well as the Legal Disclaimer, Waiver, and Release (“Disclaimer”), govern your access and use of the App.  By accessing and/or using the App, You agree to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, You are not authorized to use the App or the services provided therein.  By using the App, You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. You may always opt not to disclose certain Personal Information, but this may restrict access to the App’s features.

Master Your Health is totally committed to protecting the privacy of App users and its customers.  Master Your Health will not disclose information about You to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to You - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

Master Your Health uses your personal information to improve its products and for internal purposes such as analyzing your preferences and noting trends and statistics. To do this effectively, Master Your Health needs to collect certain personal information.  Among the types of Personal Data that the App collects, by itself or through third-party affiliates, are the following:

• Identifiers (such as your name, email address, phone number, and other account information)
• Address (including city, state, and zip code) 
• Date of birth
• Personal biometrics (such as height, weight, body fat percentage, etc.) 
• Dietary preferences/dislikes
• Injuries (past and, if applicable, present)

For payment information, Master Your Health has access to your personal information, in order to address any customer issues. Payment data is encrypted, so Master Your Health does not retain any credit card details. 

YOUR CONSENT

Master Your Health will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom You may have linked to the App) without your permission.

SECURITY

Master Your Health implements and maintains reasonable security measures and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of your personal information. Master Your Health cannot and does not guarantee, and You should not expect that your personal information or private communications will always remain private. 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Master Your Health may share your personal information with service providers used to help deliver the App to You, payment service providers, and parties approved by You, including social media sites You choose to link your account to or third-party payment providers. 

COMMUNICATION & MARKETING

If You have made a purchase from Master Your Health, Master Your Health may, with your permission, occasionally update You on its latest products, news and special offers via email. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Master Your Health. If You do not wish to continue to receive marketing from Master Your Health. You may also opt out by contacting Master Your Health using the contact information below. 

COOKIES

A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer and is stored on your hard drive. If You have registered with the App, then your device may store an identifying cookie which will save You time each time You re-visit the App, by remembering your email address for You. Master Your Health uses a combination of cookies that support the functionality of the App to enhance your experience and cookies from third parties that are used for marketing purposes. You can change the settings on your browser on your personal computer to prevent cookies being stored on your computer without your explicit consent.

FACEBOOK REMARKETING

The App may use Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites. Master Your Health may advertise to previous visitors who have not completed a task on the App, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. Master Your Health may advertise on search results page.. Third-party vendors, including Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the App.  Any data collected will be used in accordance with Master Your Health’s privacy policy and Facebook’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Facebook advertises to You using the Facebook Ad Preferences page, and You may opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by changing your cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.

THIRD-PARTY SITES

The App may contain links to and from the websites of Master Your Health’s partner networks, advertisers, and other third parties. If You follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies and that Master Your Health is not in anyway responsible or liable for the policies found on other sites or applications. Please check the third-party site policies before You submit any personal data to these websites.

CHECKING YOUR DATA

If You wish to verify the details and personal data You previously submitted, You may do so by contacting Master Your Health using the contact information below.  Security procedures are in place whereby You will need to provide proof of identity before information is revealed. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You are responsible to keep this information safe as You will be responsible for any action Master Your Health may take in response to a request. Master Your Health strongly recommends that You do not use the browser’s password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

CORRECTING YOUR DATA

If the personal data You have submitted is incorrect or incomplete, You have a right to request rectification of your data. You can do so by contacting Master Your Health using the contact information below. 

ERASING YOUR DATA

You have the right to request that Master Your Health delete your personal information and/or to stop any type of communication from Master Your Health. If You wish to make an erasure request, You may do so by contacting Master Your Health using the contact information below.
